Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund -see our Refunds Policy.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase up to 7 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part we will offer a full refund or an exchange. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

• Please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your name, address details and telephone number.
• Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any)

• For credit card purchases a refund will be credited to your account the same day we receive the returned item/s. We will send you a receipt by post. For all other payments a refund will be issued by cheque -please allow 10 working days.
