Delivery
By default, items are sent 2nd class postage to UK destinations which is FREE if ordered online through this website but this can be upgraded. Please see below for delivery options.
Standard Delivery
We send all of our packages by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Please allow 4 - 5 working days after we receive your order for your package to arrive. Remember that we allow 1 week for cheques to clear before despatch and that our cut-off time for same day despatch of phone, fax and Internet orders is 12.30pm.
Special Delivery
In a hurry? Try using Special Delivery. The price for upgrade to Special Delivery is £5.00 on top of the standard charge. All upgraded packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which should mean that you receive your package by 1pm the following working day. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider Saturday a working day for Special Delivery. Orders despatched on a Friday by Special Delivery stand a good chance of arriving on Saturday but may be delayed until Monday. A signature is required for all Special Delivery packages. We still allow a working week for cheques to clear.
Fastest Possible Delivery?
The quickest possible way to receive your order is to telephone a credit card order in before 12.30 pm, Monday to Thursday and specify Special Delivery! Next best thing? Send postal Orders or Cash to us and pay for Special Delivery.
Credit Card Discretion and Security
Your Credit Card will be charged in the name of our parent company, Global Health Ltd. We can only deliver to the card holders address. If you want an order sent elsewhere it is best to pay with cash, cheque or a postal order.
Overseas Orders
We are happy to fulfill orders from overseas. We accept Credit Card Payment, International Money Orders (Pounds Sterling drawn on UK Bank) or Cash (Pounds Sterling). Same day despatch is assured with these payment methods. There is a postage charge of £6.00 for delivery to European destinations and £11.00 for Rest of the World - please add this amount to your order total. We cannot be responsible for any import duties that your order may incur, nor for confiscation by Customs in certain countries.

Stock Availability
We try to ensure that all items are held in stock for immediate despatch once we receive your order. Sadly this is not an exact science and we are sometimes caught on the hop, which means that we may be temporarily out of stock. In these circumstances we will fill as much of your order as possible and send on the balance once we receive fresh supplies. You will only be charged once for postage and packing no matter how many packages we send you.
Cancellation and Return of Goods
If you are dissatisfied with your product you must return it to us at your expense within 7 working days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made by the original payment method. Please make any returns by either Recorded or Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged in the post.
Returns of Goods - Conditions
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot exchange or refund on wigs, stockings, tights, bodystockings and catsuits that have been removed from their packaging. All other items must have tags and labels intact. Shrink wrapping on toys must be intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
