Sex twice a week slashes a man’s risk of a heart attack, an American study has found.

Are you getting enough sex?

The 16-year study of 1,000 men revealed that red-blooded males were half as likely to suffer coronary disease as those who have sex once a month or less.

Scientists behind the study say it is not only the exertion of regular romps that keeps the randy ones fitter and healthier as more loving relationships also mean lads are less likely to suffer stress.

In the UK, coronary disease remains one of the biggest killers – with around 270,000 suffering heart attacks every year.

The US researchers concluded by saying: “Men with the desire for frequent sexual activity and who are able to engage in it are likely to be healthier.”

Are you getting enough sex? If the answers no then why not spice things up in the bedroom with some sexy lingerie or even a sex toy.

The Adult Pleasure Zone is the UK’s largest sex toy and sexy lingerie shop. We are a one-stop shop for all vibrators, dildos, toys for couples, rabbit vibrators and other sex toys.
